Confirmation

Upon receiving the registration and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please bring this confirmation with you and present it at the registration desk at the Conference site.

 

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Notice of cancellations must be made in writing to the Registration Office. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows:

Received by Sunday, May 31, 2009 ............................ 100% of the amount paid
Received by Wednesday, September 30, 2009 ........... 50% of the amount paid
Received after Thursday, October 1, 2009 .................. No refund

* Bank handling charge will be deducted from the refund respectively.
* All refunds will be made after the Conference.
