*	Students are required to submit a copy of their student ID or a student certificate letter by the supervisor by fax to +81-3-3219-3626.
**	Accompanying persons are limited to the participants’ family members only. Feets for the reception party

 

Registration Fee Includes:

*	Attendance to the all the technical sessions and exhibition
*	One copy of Proceedings in CD-R
*	One copy of Participants’ List
*	Admission to the reception party on November 25.

 

 

Payment

All payments must be made in Japanese yen, by bank transfer or credit card.

-	Credit Card: VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express or JCB *In case of payment by cledit card, the card holde must be the same person as the participant. Otherwise, the credit card payment may be canceled by the Registration office.

 

 

Confirmation

Upon receiving the registration and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please bring this confirmation with you and present it at the registration desk at the Conference site.

 

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Notice of cancellations must be made in writing to the Registration Office. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows:

Received by Sunday, May 31, 2009 ............................	100% of the registration fee
Received by Wednesday, September 30, 2009 ...........	50% of the registration fee
Received after Thursday, October 1, 2009 ..................	No refund

* Bank handling charge will be deducted from the refund respectively.
* All refunds will be made after the Conference.
