Call for Paper

Participants wishing to make a presentation on the results of their recent research are cordially invited to submit a paper according to the following instructions. Accepted papers will be presented in either oral or poster sessions.

Submission: Only on-line submission. No fax and e-mail submission will be accepted.
Format: On the on-line submission form, you are requested to fill in the following items in the text format

Abstracts will be reviewed by the members of the relevant program committee and the notification of acceptance will be announced at the end of April, 2009.

 

 

2. Full Paper

Authors of accepted papers are requested to submit a full paper.

Deadline: End of July, 2009
Submission: Only on-line submission. No fax and e-mail submission will be accepted.
Format: Detailed instructions and templates will be informed with the acceptance of the abstract.

 

 

3. Presentation Data

Since the simultaneous interpretation is prepared for the conference,
authors are required to submit the presentation data to the secretariat office for the preparation of the interpreters.

4. Copyright Form

Authors of accepted papers are request to submit a Copyright Form.
The format will be sent from the paper submission office, with the notice of the acceptance.

Oral Presentation

The simultaneous interpretation will be arranged. Time allotment for each speech will be as follows:

 

Area Overview & Invited Lecture    25min. (including discussion)
Contributed Papers                        20min. (including discussions)

 

 

Poster Presentation

During the poster period, authors should be available at their posters to present details and answer questions relating to their paper.
Detailed instruction will be announced at a later date.
